CASE STUDY IN BRIEF

CLIENTS:
All Saints Healthcare Racine, WI

INDUSTRY:
Integrated Healthcare Provider

CHALLENGE:
Before standardizing on Neocase modular casework, All Saints threw away tons of casework, discarding the old each time they moved or changed. Quality suffered; the process was expensive
and slow.

SOLUTION:
By standardizing on Neocase and incorporating system-wide casework standards and finishes,All Saints has dramatically reduced its casework churn, while increasing the quality and longevity of the product.

The Client

allsaintsimgAAll Saints Healthcare, a member of the Wheaton Franciscan System, is committed to performance excellence in all aspects of patient care delivery. That commitment is evidenced by its 5 star orthopedic program, its recent jump of 18 places in the Verispan IHN 100 rankings, and its consistent ranking as one of the top 10 places to work in Southeast Wisconsin.

A Lengthy Casework
Evaluation

The facilities team at All Saints grew tired of throwing away built-in millwork every time they moved or changed. And as a fully integrated healthcare provider with over 3000 employees, two acute care campuses, and nine additional facilities, they move and change often. These needs prompted an extensive management review of the system’s fixed casework program. Areas of inquiry included cost, quality, flexibility, return on investment, and supplier performance. “After closely comparing our facility needs with the type of fixed casework we were buying, we decided that modular casework would give us the flexibility we need and represent a superior investment to non-reconfigurable casework. Neocase fits that bill for us.” (Lori Ley, Facilities Department, All Saints Healthcare)

The Projects
