Here are some of the most common questions, but we invite you to call us anytime to learn more or if you have questions that are not addressed below.

1. How do I find a Neocase dealer or representative?
Call us at 336-778-2098 to obtain the name of the Neocase dealer or representative nearest you. The dealer will provide consultation and interface with Neocase from the initial quote request through the installation.

2. How do I become a Neocase dealer?

3. What are the responsibilities of a Neocase dealer?
Actively market Neocase product in the designated region of the country. Ensure ongoing participation in product training by all employees involved with the sale, specification, ordering and installation of Neocase products. Develop and service new and existing Neocase business with professionalism and integrity. Establish a detailed annual marketing plan with your Neocase representative that identifies mutually agreed-upon marketing and sales volume goals.

4. How does Neocase support participating dealers?
Provides specification support including AutoCad specifications and drawings. Provides major project management support. Provides free literature and samples. Conducts product orientation training at your location. Provides installation certification training. Underwrites warranty service for six years.

5. How do I order cabinets from Neocase?
The Neocase dealer will provide assistance and consultation regarding the wide range of Neocase products that will meet your needs and help you determine the specifications (see FAQ #6) for your initial request. The dealer or rep will work with Neocase to generate drawings and a preliminary proposal for you (for budget proposals and bids). Once you have approved the preliminary proposal, you will need to provide a purchase order and exact field dimensions to Neocase (See FAQ #8 for PO requirements). Neocase designers will collaborate with architects or project managers to layout the space as specified using Neocase product. They will provide elevation and installation drawings and a final pricing quote. After you approve the final design, submit a purchase order to the dealer (complete with final finishes, product specifications, and shipping information) for your project via fax or email to Neocase. Neocase will acknowledge your order with the ship date and estimated delivery date. Neocase will purchase accessories, such as sinks, faucets, lighting, tack panels, etc., and coordinate shipping with ship dates of the Neocase cabinets. Neocase will coordinate delivery and installation with dealer personnel or end-users.

6. What kind of information do I need to request a quote for cabinets from Neocase?
Complete the Neocase QuoteRequestChecklist_10-11. Providing complete specifications for your request greatly improves lead time since the product can only be processed for manufacturing when all information has been received.

Specifications should include:

  • Architectural drawings or sketch of proposed cabinet(s) (AutoCad preferred for insertion of Neocase blocks)
  • Laminate finish for cabinets (chosen from Neocase laminate finish selections)
  • Edgeband color for cabinet edges, doors, drawers and shelf edges (all in 3mm PVC)
  • Hinge selection (concealed or Aximat)
  • Door and drawer pulls (brushed nickel wire, brushed nickel arch, black wire, black arch, brushed recessed, black recessed)
  • Locks (keyed alike or differently), provide key schedule if multiple cores/areas are locking
  • Tops and splashes (high-pressure laminate, Formica, Wilsonart, Pionite, Nevamar or phenolic/epoxy resin tops for lab environments
  • Edgeband color for top and splash edging (all standard in 3mm PVC)

7. What tools will we need to install Neocase cabinets?
An Installation Guide (PDF) with photo instructions is available. For overhead cabinets, you will need a drill with 3/8” bit, 4mm Allen wrench, screwdriver, Hilti togglers, rubber mallet and clamps.

8. What information needs to be included on a purchase order to Neocase?
In addition to the specifications included in FAQ #6, the PO must also include:

  • Contact person/phone number for questions about the order
  • Bill To and Ship To addresses, shipping instructions (call before delivery, delivery hours, etc.)
  • GSA Contract Number (if applicable)
  • Quantity, description and price of each item ordered (should match the initial acknowledgement of the quote request received from Neocase)

Changes or differences should be communicated to Neocase Customer Service. TAG location for each item on the PO.
