Wall Cabinets Installation

Draw level line
Mark anchor locations
Use Hilti™ Togglers

1) Use installation drawings to determine wall cabinet location. Draw a level center line 2” below where the top of the wall cabinets will be. Based on cabinet configuration, mark where each cabinet seam will be. Bend and break wall mounting rail at a length 1” shorter than cabinet run. Place wall mounting rail along level line and mark wall anchor locations. Two anchors should be used at each cabinet seam. Use Hilti Toggler ™ drywall anchors for hanging wall cabinets (Follow instructions on package; mounting to studs is not necessary.) Screw wall mounting rail in place at anchor locations.

Hang wall cabinet
Adjust cabinets until flush and level

2) Attach filler panel pieces on appropriate wall cabinets, if applicable. Extend (loosen) hooks in metal leveling boxes located in upper inside corners of cabinets. Hang each cabinet over the lip of the wall mounting rail in its proper location. Adjust cabinets so that they are level and flush at the front.

Drill 3/8" hole for hex bolts
Tighten cabinets to wall rail

3) Ensure that cabinets are level and flush using rubber mallet and clamps. Then drill a 3/8” hole through adjacent cabinets and secure them with the provided hex bolts. Use 4mm allen wrench to tighten. Two connecting bolts are sufficient for fastening two cabinets (for door cabinets, drill above and below bottom and top hinges, respectively.) Use leveling boxes to tighten the entire cabinet run to the wall mounting rail. Install the provided metal shelf pins and shelves. Note: Shelves over 33” wide require a provided metal stiffener at back of shelf.

Level cabinet doors

4) Use a screwdriver to level cabinet doors and ensure that all reveals are straight and uniform. For horizontal leveling, turn the center screw. For vertical leveling, loosen the bottom and upper screws in the system holes (on both door hinges), adjust the hinges/door in the correct direction, and tighten in the new location.
