Within 90 days of the introduction, and after a lot of collaboration between, Bill, Enrique, Enrique’s client, and our Jack Brehm, we secured an order for over $300,000.00 net in specialty cabinets for a major medical facility. The cabinets are now being produced and shipped, and the cabinet, which started as a special product, will now remain as a standard in the Neocase offering.

In furtherance of that goal, we are pleased to announce that we have become a charter lessee at the Cleveland Medical Mart and Convention Center. Neocase has executed a long term lease for a 2000 square foot showroom to showcase our collection of medical casework for the healthcare and laboratory markets.

Cleveland Medical Mart & Convention Center (Cleveland MMCC) is the world’s only facility targeted specifically to the medical and healthcare industries. It will house approximately 120,000 square feet of permanent showrooms for major medical manufacturers and service providers. Showrooms focused on cardiology, surgery, OBGYN, imaging, orthopedics, sterilization, healthcare furnishings, patient care, healthcare IT and medical devices will fill the Medical Mart, paving the way for the newest generation of innovation and distribution in the healthcare sector.

The complete facility is expected to open in 2013.

Craig Pagenkopf and Bob Jones of Pagenkopf Sales Associates now represent us in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa. Heidi Gatej joins us in Southern California. Heidi also has formed a new venture, Jetag, to act as an independent manufacturer’s representative. Heidi has significant prior experience at the dealer level and at the manufacturer level in Southern California. Neocase has a permanent showroom in the Merchandise Mart, and will be exhibiting for Neocon, Space 1172.

This year we will be exhibiting all new product for the healthcare and lab environments. We will showcase our new product development and enhancements, including new lab and pharmacy solutions, and new materials, such as powder coated steel and stainless steel integrated with laminate, thermofoils, and new drawer options.

We will also be showcasing our new marketing materials, including website, literature, and presentation tools.

We are in the process of bring a new administration and specification program on line that will allow us a clearer overview of our business. You will see a change in the proposal format you receive, with more information shown on the documentation. We also are launching a new website in the first quarter that will greatly aid in closing sales with end users. More on that later this month.

We now have our sample cabinets back in stock for delivery to your dealers or clients. These new smaller and lighter cabinets feature our new “Clinical” powder coated metal base. We think showing this base is an important visual aid in differentiating us from other modular or millwork products. These metal bases are optional and can be specified as needed. A cabinet bag with padding and wheels will be available to store and transport these cases.

New contract agreements were launched with: Neocase of Winston Salem, N.C., a small business enterprise and an industry leader in the design and manufacture of customized clinical modular casework. Specifically built for healthcare environments, these products are warranted for 12 years and are built to endure the rigors of moisture, chemicals and intensive use.
